Panther IT Receives BBB Accreditation
WEST HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT – January 30, 2012 – Panther IT, a dynamic and growing provider of IT consulting, network services and computer support for the West Hartford area is proud to announce its recent accreditation by the Better Business Bureau, or BBB. The company also received an A+ rating, the highest designation a company can achieve.
The BBB’s mission is to advance trust and integrity in the marketplace and to provide objective and unbiased information on businesses. Accreditation is based on the BBB Code of Business Practices, and in order to qualify, companies must adhere to the highest standards of creating and maintaining trust with their customers. Also, a business must demonstrate a track record of resolving customer issues and concerns in satisfactory and timely manner. The organization has a long and respected history of fostering marketplace integrity and trust, and the BBB seal is one of the most recognized symbols in the business world.

- Guarantee and warranty issues
Any consumer can quickly do a search on the BBB website and find how many complaints were filed against a particular company. Panther IT has had zero complaints in the last 3 years – an impressive accomplishment.
